There are 6 speed settings, divided into low, medium
and high, and also a pulse function.
Refer to page 10 of the instruction manual provided.
The stand mixer
is causing
spillages
1. The splash guard is
not attached.
1. The splash guard can be inserted into the mixing bowl
to help reduce splashes and spillages. Ensure the spout
is facing towards yourself and not obstructing the arm.
The attachment
has stopped
rotating
1. The mixture is too
heavy.
1. Turn the speed dial to ‘0’ unplug and continue to mix
by hand.
2. The mixture is too
doughy.
2. Either add liquid to the mixture or turn the speed dial
to ‘0’ unplug and continue to mix by hand.
There is a lot of
movement in the
stand
mixer/There is a
lot of noise
coming from the
stand mixer
1. The bowl has been
overfilled/the mixture
is too heavy.
1. Turn the speed dial to ‘0’ unplug and continue to mix
by hand.
2. The speed is on a
high setting.
2. The stand mixer should only work on a high setting
for 3 minutes at a time. Reduce speed or allow to cool
for a minimum of 1 minute after 3 minutes of use on a
high speed.
