Charging procedure
After installation and configuration, the eMH2 is ready for operation immediately, and can now be used to charge an
electric vehicle.
To charge an electric vehicle, proceed as follows:

Park your electric vehicle so that its charging inlet can be easily reached with the charging cable's charging
connector:

Check the LED indicators of the wallbox:

When the wallbox is ready for operation, the
green LED pulsates.

Prepare the charging cable of the wallbox.

Fixed cable variant Type 2
Slightly lift up the charging connector and pull
it from its compartment.

Socket variant Type 2
Open the charging socket flap and plug in the
charging connector.

Open the charging inlet at the vehicle and plug in
the charging connector.

Check the LED indicators of the wallbox:

If the wallbox is waiting for authorisation of
the charging procedure by the user, the green
LED is ON.
No RFID card authorisation is possible or required for stand-alone operation (Master without backend
connection or Slave configured as stand-alone wallbox).

Place the RFID card included in front of the RFID
icon on the housing cover.
