9.5 Replacing the turbines

Electric shock due to electronic component damage
When replacing carbon brushes and turbines, electrical connections must be disconnected and
reconnected. Fatal electric shock may occur if electronic components become damaged or improperly
uninstalled in the process.
► The carbon brushes and turbines should be replaced only by a qualified electrician.

Unscrew the two screws on each side and
remove the cover.

Remove three mounting screws on both turbines,
loosen the electrical connection, and remove the
turbines.

Dispose of the turbines in accordance with local
regulations.

Insert the new turbines, insert the mounting
screws, and establish the electrical connection.

Reverse the steps above to reassemble the
system.
From June 2021
