Open the cover.

Guide the welding power cable (G) through the slot (K) in the housing.

Fasten the eye of the welding power cable (G) to the RPC connection (F) using the M10 × 16 hexagon
nut (J) , the lock washer (I) and the washer (H) and check that it is firmly seated.

Close the cover.
6.2 Welding torch cable assembly

Depending on the version, connect the control leads to connections (C) or (E) and connect to the
welding torch.

Connect the compressed air hose to the compressed air connection
(B)
.

Connect the shielding gas hose to the shielding gas connection (A) .

Connect the RPC connector plug of the welding torch to the RPC connection
(D)
and check for a tight fit.
