This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
We herewith declare that the above mentioned device is a partly completed machinery and therefore, in terms of Article
13 of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery
(OJ L157, 09.06.2006), a machinery not functioning on its own, and for this reason it is not complying in all parts with the
relevant provisions of the Machinery Directive.
The partly completed machinery complies with the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive up
to the interfaces described in the technical documentation.
The special technical documents in accordance with Annex. VII part B of the partly completed machinery will be handed
over to the national authorities upon reasoned request. The documents are sent by post, either in paper form or on
electronic data medium.

In terms of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the „partly completed machinery“ shall only be put into service when the final
machinery into which it is to be incorporated, has been declared in conformity with the provisions of this directive, as far
as this directive has to be applied for this machinery.
This declaration is valid for all specimen manufactured according to the relevant manufacturing drawings, which are part
of the technical documentation.
