How to do it with the App:

Tap the scan button 

 .

Hold the top of your iPhone near the Sensor. Hold still
until you hear a tone and/or feel a vibration. This
completes the scan.

The App displays the current glucose reading along with a
glucose graph and an arrow indicating the direction the
glucose is going.
