2. Control on receipt

While handling the unit do not put stress on the
insulating parts.
•
Before performing any operation make sure that
the operating device springs are discharged and
the apparatus is in the open position.
On receipt, immediately check the packing and the state of the
apparatus.
Open the packing as shown in para. 4., taking care not to dam-
age its materials. Check that no damage has occurred during
transport and make sure that the nameplate data (fig. 1) corre-
sponds to what is specified in the ABB order acknowledgement
and in the shipping note.
Should any damage or irregularity be found in the supply, im-
mediately notify ABB (directly, through the agent or the supplier)
and the carrier who delivered the goods.
Notification of any irregularity, even after receipt, must indicate
the fixed part serial number shown on the nameplate located
on the module itself.
The fixed parts are only supplied complete with the accessories
specified at the time of ordering and confirmed in the order
acknowledgement sent by ABB.
The documents enclosed in the shipping packing are:
– adhesive labels showing the addressee and product type;
– this instruction manual;
– the test report;
– the electrical diagram.
2. Controllo al ricevimento

Durante la movimentazione delle unità si racco-
manda di non sollecitare le parti isolanti.
•
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione verificare
sempre che le molle del comando siano scariche
e l’apparecchio in posizione di aperto.
Al ricevimento controllare immediatamente l’integrità dell’imbal-
laggio e lo stato delle apparecchiature.
Aprire l’imballo come indicato al par. 4, facendo attenzione
a non danneggiare il materiale che lo compone. Controllare
che non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto e verificare la
corrispondenza dei dati della targa (fig. 1) con quelli specificati
nella conferma d’ordine inviata da ABB e nella bolla di accom-
pagnamento.
Se al controllo venisse riscontrato qualche danno o irregolarità
nella fornitura, avvertire immediatamente ABB (direttamente,
attraverso il rappresentante o il fornitore) e il vettore che ha
consegnato il materiale.
La segnalazione di eventuali irregolarità, anche in tempi succes-
sivi al ricevimento, deve riportare il numero di matricola rilevabile
dalla targa caratteristiche posizionata sulla parte fissa stessa.
Le parti fisse vengono fornite con i soli accessori specificati in sede
d’ordine e convalidati nella conferma d’ordine inviata da ABB.
I documenti inseriti nell’imballo di spedizione sono:
– etichette adesive sulla confezione indicanti il destinatario ed
il tipo di prodotto;
– il presente manuale di istruzione;
– attestazione di collaudo;
– schema elettrico.
