temperature rise, when estimating
how much the Thermal supervi-
sion sensitivity ratio should be
changed.

is larger than the thermal model temper-
ature rise, then increase the thermal supervision
sensitivity ratio.

is smaller than the thermal model tem-
perature rise, then decrease the thermal supervision
sensitivity ratio.
