Installation and erection

Lifting of machine
Warning
Always use the lifting eyes of the machine. When
lifting machines with built-on coolers, a lifting yoke
should be used to prevent damage.
■
Mounting of coupling
Inspect the mating surfaces of shaft and coupling before
assembling. The normal procedure of assembling is by
heating the coupling. The required heating temperature
depends on the interference fit between shaft and
coupling. For this reason a specific temperature cannot be
given.
Make sure that the couplings are balanced before
assembling. Note, that the armature is dynamically
balanced with its half key.
A clearance of 0,2-0,3 mm is sufficient during assembling.
The armature shaft should be rotated during the time the
coupling bending moments on the shaft.
Under no circumstances are stamp tap tools allowed.

Heben der Maschine
Warnung
Die Maschine ist stets an den Hebeösen zu heben.
Zum Heben von Maschinen mit aufgebautem Kühler
ist stets ein Zwischenstück zu verwenden um die
Beschädigung des Kühlers zu vermeiden.
■
Kupplungsmontage
Vor Montage der Kupplung sind die Sitzflächen der Welle
und der Kupplung zu kontrollieren. Grundsätzlich gilt, daß
Kupplungen vor dem Montieren erwärmt werden. Die
erforderliche Erwärmungstemperatur ist von der Sitzärt
(Passung) abhängig. Eine bestimmte Temperatur läßt sich
jedoch nicht angeben.
Der Anwender muß sich vergewissem, daß die
Kupplungen vor der Montage ausgewuchtet sind.
Achtung : Der Läufer ist mit halber Paßfeder dynamisch
ausgewuchtet. Ein Spiel von 0,2-0,3 mm während der
Montage ist ausreichend. Die Welle soll während des
Abkühlens gedreht werden, um ihr Verbiegen aufrund
ungleichmäßiger Abkühlung zu vermeiden. Unter keinen
Umständen darf ein Schlagwerkzeug benutzt werden.
