DCSLink board SDCS-DSL-H1x (H1 ... H8)
The SDCS-DSL-H1x provides communication between drives. The communication hardware and protocol is
based on CAN bus.
This communication will be used for drive-to-drive communication, 12-pulse operation and communication to
field exciters.
The communication hardware is equipped with an isolated power supply and an isolated transmitter. The bus
termination can be set by jumper J1. See also chapter
Notes:
– Maximum total DCSLink cable length is 100 m.
– Maximum length of the plastic optic fiber cable between SDCS-DSL-H12 / H14 and
SDCS-OPL-H01 is 5 m.
