In the D2D master, parameters
specify the mode
of follower status word monitoring. Each follower can
individually be set to be monitored continuously, or only when
it is in stopped state.
This parameter selects the mode of status word monitoring of
followers 1…16.

Defines a wake-up delay during which no master/follower
communication faults or warnings are generated. This is to
allow all drives on the master/follower link to power up.
The master cannot be started until the delay elapses or all
monitored followers are found to be ready.
