7.4 Moving on slopes
WARNING - For safety reasons, a second person should be present to help steer!

NOTE - It is mandatory to observe the safety instructions in chapter 7!
If necessary, pull the handles
out to shoulder height and fix
them with locking knobs.
Tilt the CR23.
» If necessary, use the rec-
ommendation by the man-
ufacturer from chapter 7.3.
The climbing legs must be
completely retracted.
Approach the slope moving
forward.
To slow down, tilt the CR23
stronger so that the safety
brakes can take effect.
Move backwards on the
slope.
Moving down a slope
Moving up a slope
To slow down, tilt the CR23
stronger so that the safety
brakes can take effect.
