1) With activated ComfortStep, the climbing speed and the range are reduced. The range also depends on the weight of the occupant.
2) Any steps of a smaller depth may not be travelled as in this case it is no longer possible for the wheel to be set down safely.
3) At temperatures below 0 °C the performance of the battery pack will decrease; therefore we recommend a storage temperature of at least 0 °C.
