8.3 Moving on slopes
WARNING - For safety reasons, a second person should be present to help steer!

NOTE - It is mandatory to observe the safety instructions in chapter 8!
If necessary, pull the handles
out to shoulder height and fix
them with locking knobs.
Tilt the c-max U2.
» If necessary, use the rec-
ommendation by the man-
ufacturer from chapter 8.2.
The climbing legs must be
completely retracted.
Approach the slope moving
forward.
To slow down, tilt the c-max
U2 stronger so that the safety
brakes can take effect.
Move backwards on the
slope.
Moving down a slope
Moving up a slope
To slow down, tilt the c-max
U2 stronger so that the safety
brakes can take effect.
