Batteries are
permitted to air travel by DOT
and IATA! However, inform the
airline in advance.
Dismount the c-max U1
» Repeat the steps from
Chapter 5 in reverse order.
» Retract the handles com-
pletely.
» Note: Remove battery pack
to reduce the total weight.
» Hold by the metal frame.
9 Care and maintenance
WARNING – Repairs and safety tests may only be performed by the manufacturer,
or the authorized personnel! (see Chapter 9.5)
WARNING – The housing of the c-max U1 may only be opened by the manufacture or
authorized personnel!

NOTE – We recommend a safety check every two years!
The inspection plate provides information on the due date of the next technical safety check.
We also recommend a safety check upon change of operator/re-use!
To avoid crushing, do not hold
at the V-shaped opening.
