Outgoing Calls
4.1
Calling Another Extension
You can call another extension according to the following:
Using dialing procedure
1)
Lift the handset (dial tone).
2)
Dial the wanted extension number and press
Call
or press a dial
by function key and press
Call
.
Using Contacts short-cut procedure
1)
Press a digit 2 - 9, hold it a while, and the contact list is opened with
the first letter on this digit.
2)
Press the key multiple times to cycle through the available letters
and digits in a pop-up character window
3)
Press the soft keys arrows up and down to select the desired name
in the Contacts list
4)
Press the Call key to call the number
Using a Dial-by-function key
1)
Lift the handset.
2)
Press the
