The following is the “Call Transferred” screen on the 6739i.
The following table identifies when a “Call Transferred” screen displays for transferred calls.
Handling Call Transferred Screens on the Phone UI
The following procedure describes how to handle the call transferred screens on your phone.
For all phones:
IF
THEN
An active call is transferred by pressing Xfer key or GoodBye key, or
handset on-hook,
Note:
Type of transfer can be blind transfer, attended transfer, or a transfer
key.
•
a disconnected screen displays.
•
a “Call Transferred” message displays on the screen for 5 seconds. When 5
second times out:
–
with active calls:
phone’s disconnected and “Call Transferred” screen no longer display.
–
with no active calls:
phone plays busy tone.
phone displays "Call Terminated" message.
Note:
This “indication of transferred calls” feature does not affect parked calls on the phone or the conference call feature.
IP Phone UI
•
Press the
Goodbye
key.
The busy tone stops and the call transferred screen no longer displays.
or
Select any Line key.
The busy tone stops and the call transferred screen no longer displays.
A dial screen displays.
