Setting Up A Conference Call
When you lift the handset on the phone, the Conference softkey displays on the
bottom of the screen.
Your IP phone system supports up to 3 parties (including yourself) in a
conference.
Creating a New Conference Call
Use the following procedure to create a conference call:

Step Action
1 Connect to the first party you wish to include in the conference (if not already connected). In this
example, extension 202.
2 Press the Conf softkey. A new line opens.
3 Enter the extension of the person you wish to add to the conference. In this example, extension 203.
4 Wait for the new party to answer. You can consult with the new party first before adding them to the
conference.
