OUNTING INSTALLATIONS:

HX501 provides flexible installations based on different pick-up trucks varied by Make & Models, customers can

freely choose one of the followings depends on the bed-rail structures, feel free to consult us if you need any

assistances.

1.

Direct Bolt-on Installation

: (Proper uses of Tools are required for installation)

    1

According to the pre-drilled holes from the Mounting Bases, mark the drilling spot on the bed-rail. (Remove the

plastic bed-rail cover/cap if needed) Use a Drill to drill holes for the M10*45 Bolt. (Repeat those steps for the other side)

    2

Tighten the Nuts to secure the rack. Installation completed.

2.

C-Clamp Mounting Installation

: (The C-Clamps installation might be limited due to different bed-rail structures varied

from different Make & Models, cutting of bed-liners might be required for C-clamp Mounting installation)

Set position for the mounting points. Ideally, set both mounting points apart for each C-clamps, for the purpose of

applying the mounting forces evenly onto the Mounting Bases. Set the inner (bigger) piece underneath the bed-rail, put

the outer (smaller) piece onto the Mounting Base and screw the bolts on. Tighten the bolt to complete installation.

3.

Stake Pocket Mounting Installation:

(Only work for pick-up trucks come with Stake Pockets on the bed-rail, this

option might not be available for certain Make & Models even if it comes with stake pockets on the bed-rail)

    1

Take out the caps from the stake pockets. Put the pre-assembled rack onto the bedrail, determine if the slot hole

aligned with the stake pockets. (The slot-hole has to be directly on top of the stake pocket, if not, please consider other

installation options)

    2

Take off the rack, be very careful. Take the Hoisting Shackle Assembly through the foam pad to forming a Kit, drop

the Kit inside the stake pocket. Pull the bolt to make sure the middle piece is hooking securely from inside.

    3

This step needs extra attention. Keep pulling the bolt (may consider use tools like a small plier), slowly screw the

top piece to tighten the Shackle Assembly onto the stake pocket.

    4

Put the rack back, apply the Flange Nut & Spring Washer & Washer(M12) and tighten to complete installation.
