This wireless WiFi repeater (WRP-300A) is a versatile device that extends the range of
your WiFi. It allows you to eliminate any dead zones and ensure Internet access in the
areas not reached by the router. WRP-300A is a versatile device which can also be used
as an xDSL router connected directly to a Web link or an appropriate modem (whether a
cable or ADSL modem, or a fibre-optic ONT device).
THREE OPERATING MODES
1. Repeater mode – covering dead zones
The repeater mode allows you to deliver the signal to locations inaccessible for the
router. You should install it in a place where the signal is still acceptable, and it will
extend the network range and reach the areas which were not previously covered.
In repeater mode, devices such as XBOX, TV decoders or PCs can be connected to LAN
ports. With this, any device without a wireless card can be connected to a wireless
network.
2. Router mode – sharing an Internet connection
WRP-300A can also be used as a typical router. It has two ports – one of them can be
connected to the Internet, and the other one to your PC. Of course, desktops, notebooks
or mobile phones can also be linked wirelessly.
3. Access point mode – wireless access
WRP-300A may also serve as an access point. You can use it anywhere where you have
a cable access but would like to have a wireless connection.
Easy configuration
The repeater has a network range indicator, which allows you to choose an appropriate
installation location. Another feature is the WPS button, which enables the repeater to
be automatically paired with a router.
External antennas
The repeater has two external antennas, which provide a good reception and transmis-
sion of wireless signal. With them, the extension of network range can be even more
effective.
Space saving
The repeater is installed directly in a power socket – you do not have to use an external
feeder, which allows you to avoid tangled cables
