• Damaged parts must be cleaned and returned complete to
the manufacturer.
• You must only use genuine replacement parts, which are
obtainable from your penthouse crate retailer.
The guarantee benefits are limited under any circumstances
to the replacement of defective parts not including remo-
val, refitting or shipping. This guarantee replaces all other
explicit or implicit assurances and obligations and excludes
any other obligations. The customer is not authorized to of
-
fer third parties any guarantee declaration that goes beyond
the guarantee as stated above. Should the customer do so
nevertheless, the manufacturer does not accept any liability
whatsoever. The customer is furthermore liable for compen-
sation for any inconvenience or disadvantage suffered. These
terms are final.
Limitations of liability
The manufacturer does not accept any liability whatsoever
for damage arising from keeping, owning, using or handling
the crate car-seat attachment. The customer is responsible
for the safety regulations applicable at the place of use.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any licensing for road
use that may be required in the countries concerned. Any
alterations necessary in that regard shall be at the expense
of the customer. In particular, the manufacturer does not ac-
cept liability for any consequential damage whatsoever un
-
less there is an obligatory legal requirement under product
liability law.
Use
The docking station may only be used as a car-seat attach
-
ment for penthouse dog crates; under any other circumstan
-
ces, no liability whatsoever will be accepted.
Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction for all disputes is explicitly specified
as that with jurisdiction at the manufacturer’s domicile (Ar
-
bon). The manufacturer shall also be entitled to file claims in
the domicile of the customer.
Applicable law
This agreement is subject to Swiss law.
