These instructions describe how to assemble it, the correct
use of it and important safety precautions. Keep these inst

ructions in a safe place where they are accessible to all users.
Note: read through these instructions carefully and
completely, and follow the directions given.
Safety precautions
• If you do not have a Docking Station, you must place the
penthouse dog crate on the floor in front of the seat.
• In warm sunshine with the vehicle doors closed, the inside
of the vehicle can heat up considerably and become very
unpleasant for pets. In warm weather, please open the
closest window. In summer or hot weather, dogs should
not be left for more than 15 minutes in parked vehicles.
• Please follow the instructions in the owner’s manual for
your car.
• The specifications for weight capacity are shown on the
back of the penthouse dog crate and the Docking Station.
• You must not make any unsuitable alterations or sub

sequent modifications to the penthouse dog crate and
the Docking Station or fix any attachments of any kind
to them unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer.
Components screwed together by the manufacturer may
only be undone or replaced at the factory or by an au

thorized specialist. The manufacturer accepts no liability
whatsoever for accidents and failures of any kind caused
by incorrect use.
