Skype settings.
Change Skype status
>
From the Start screen, scroll to
Skype
and press
OK
.

Select
Options > Change status
.
Sign out of Skype
>
From the Start screen, scroll to
Skype
and press
OK
.

Options > Sign out
.
Change Skype sign in setting

From the Start screen, scroll to
Skype
and press
OK
.

Select
Options > Settings > Sign me in
Automatically / Manually
.
The Skype status icon you select will appear on
your mobile’s status bar. This can be seen by
your Skype buddies.
You can choose to set your own status to:
Online
– others will see you as online
(default setting when you sign in)
Away
– others will see you as away
Not Available
– others will see you
as not available
Do Not Disturb
– others will see you
as do not disturb
Invisible
– others will see you as offline

Sign into Skype.
If you have a Skype account
>
From the Start screen, scroll to
Skype
and press
OK
.
>
Select
Sign in for existing users
, then enter
your username and password.
>
Scroll to
Sign me in
and set it as
Automatically
or
Manually
.
>
If you select
Automatically
, you’ll automatically
sign into Skype each time you turn on your mobile.
To create a new account
If you don’t have a Skype account
>
From the Start screen, scroll to
Skype
and press
OK
.
>
Scroll to
Create account for new users
and press
.
>
Read the Skype End User Licence,
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available
at www.skype.com/eula, www.skype.com/tos,
www.skype.com/privacy or on the CD version
of this user guide, select
Accept
and enter
a username, password and an email address
on the Create account screen.
>
Select
OK
to save the settings.
You can:

Import your Skype contacts to your mobile
when you activate your Skype account for the
first time.
