Additional Restoration 
 

To add another restoration, before you sign the prescription, touch the 

Add Restoration

 

button and step through the process again. 
 

Delete Restoration

 

 
To delete a restoration, touch the 

Delete

 button. The Lava COS will ask you to confirm. 

 

Save as Defaults  

 

You can use the 

Save as Defaults

 option on the prescription screen to save the current lab 

and restoration selections as your defaults. In this way you don’t have to re-enter the same 
information for each prescription.  

 
After you fill out a prescription, select the Save as Defaults option. When you fill out a 
subsequent prescription, select the saved default from the restoration type pop-up.
