When you return to an unwanted scan area, the scan “erases” the object’s artifacts, while, at
the same time, scanning the area that had originally been blocked by the object.
If you see a portion of a scan sparkling inside the yellow box, that means Smart Scan is
erasing either a previously-scanned, unwanted object or a new object that has moved in to an
already-scanned area.
Areas not resolved by Smart Scan will appear in
TAN
Please note that some objects will be resistant to Smart Scan, so it may still be necessary to
delete the scan and start over.
