off or seem damaged?

No, the power connector looks
normal and undamaged.
Reset the carabiner baseline:
Twist the carabiner gate
5-6 times and look for a
green flashing light. Look for
momentary green flashing on
carabiner's diagnostic LED light.
Yes, the connector looks
damaged.
