Raise the lifting brackets on the top of the
Cabinet and attach a sling to them. Lift it
into position with a boom truck. The Top
Mounting Bracket supports the Cabinet's
hanging weight.

The Cabinet’s Bottom Brackets use the
bracket's slotted holes to make side-to-side,
tilt and up and down adjustments as needed.
Secure the Cabinet to the pole by tightening
the bolts of the Bracket.

Attach the cable to the pole per your
company's practice.
5.0 Cable Preparation
Note: Two 3 3/8" and one 2 5/8" Metal Cable Ports are included with the cabinet. Slide the
appropriate sized port over the cable(s) before attaching the cable(s) in the cabinet. An optional 4"
Metal Cable Port can be ordered if needed.
5.1
Open Cabinet doors, loosen frame-retaining screws and remove frames by lifting the
bottom up and out of the cabinet.
5.2 Cable
Entry
a.) For top entry cable(s), remove the Cabinet’s Top Front Port Plate, the Top Center Frame
Mount Bracket and the Metal Port Covers(s) on the top of the Cabinet.
b.) For bottom entry cable(s), remove the Bottom Front Port Plate, the Bottom Jumper Wire
Trough and the Metal Port Covers(s) on the bottom of the Cabinet.
5.3 Remove the cable sheath 3" beyond the first Cable Tie Bar leaving a minimum of 12 feet of free
conductor in the Cabinet.
5.4 Follow your company procedure to install shield bond connector(s) and bond strap(s) long
enough to reach the Cabinet’s Bond Plate. Identify the cable binder groups.
