Description:
Set the different detection mode used to issue an interrupt when the
line voltage/current is changed.

0: Issue an interrupt when the line voltage difference exceeds the
defined threshold (ref to 9.2).
1: Issue an interrupt when the line voltage absolute value exceeds
the defined threshold (ref to 9.2).
2: Disable the line voltage detection.
<Off Hook Detection mode>
:
0: Issue an interrupt when the line current difference exceeds the
defined threshold (ref to 9.2).
2: Disable the line current detection.
