Installation

Pivoting Base

Mark holes on the floor and use appropriate screws and anchors for the floor 
substrate, which should be supplied by the installer. Attach bottom plate with 
attached post to the floor. Screw the threaded rod into the base and insert the
set screw so the threaded rod won’t turn. Then place the included washers over 
the threaded rod and place the hollow section of the post over the threaded rod. 
The post should turn and the threaded rod should not. This installation should 
be duplicated on the ceiling, using the same washers.
