FACILITY REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST
In the sections that follow, you will find all the requirements your facility must meet before your ProX
®
DMP100 can be installed.
After your facility meets all of these requirements, complete and sign the
“Facility Requirements Checklist - ProX® DMP100”
on page 15
and submit it to 3D Systems Customer Support for review.
When Customer Support receives your completed checklist, a 3D Systems representative will contact you to verify your facility’s
readiness. When the representative is confident that all facility requirements are met, he or she will schedule a trip to your site
to install the ProX
®
DMP100 and any additional equipment which was ordered.
NOTE: All facility requirements must be met before 3D Systems can schedule a trip to your facility to install the
equipment .
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED FACILITIES CHECKLIST
Submit your completed Facility Requirements Checklist by fax, mail, or email to one of the 3D Systems Customer Support sites
below. This notifies them that your facility is fully prepared for installation.
