ASSEMBLY OF OFF-LOAD CART
The
off-load cart
is a wheeled cart designed to carry the ProX 950 print platform, either to install it in the printer or to off-load
it and transfer it to a cleaning station after a build is complete. While a 3D Systems certified Field Engineer can assemble the off-
load cart, it is not required that one be present. The cart ships in three large, pre-assembled pieces, as pictured below.
NOTE: While it is possible to install the off-load cart with one person, it is highly recommended to have a second or
third person assist due to the weight of the cart’s components.

1. Attach lower frame (3) to pole assembly (2), using:
a.
Eight M8x1.25 hex screws with washers (4)
b.
Five M12x1.75 hex screws (5)
c.
6mm hex wrench and 8mm hex wrench
2. Attach fork assembly (1) to pole assembly (2), using:
a.
Three M16 flat washers and three M16x2.0 hex screws (6)
b.
14mm hex wrench
The finished cart should look like the image at the right.
