ASSEMBLE the GREASE GUN

1. Unscrew the bottom cap of the
grease gun
and remove the spring
and plunger.
2. Remove the
plastic cap
from the grease cartridge and scoop some
grease with a cotton swab.
3. Liberally apply grease to the sides of the
rubber plunger
. Reinstall
the plunger and spring and tighten the bottom cap.
4. Unscrew the tube of the grease gun from the handle. If there is
already a
grease cartridge
in the gun (if you are replacing or reseat-
ing the grease cartridge) perform steps 5, 6, and 7 before beginning
this step.
