Place a piece of foam rubber between the tank and tray. Mount the tank to the tray with
Zip ties as shown. Plumb the tank to the engine, with the clunk line to the carburetor, the
vent line to muffler pressure, and the third line as the fill line. It should be plugged during
flight. We prefer the use a of a “fuel dot” on the fill line. After the plumbing is complete,
install the top plywood piece onto the motor box with epoxy.
Trim the cowl as necessary to clear your muffler and cylinder head, and also provide access
for your glow plug igniter.
