the file server if this directory is not the file server’s default directory.

Reset the module so that the new software takes effect. At the system
prompt, enter:
cb9000> reset module <slot>.1 cold
Where

is the slot number of the module.

Confirm that the download was successful. At the system prompt, enter:
cb9000> show module <slot>.1 verbose

Some settings may have not survived the transition from Release 2.x to
Release 3.0.5. Examine the following settings as shown in Table 5 and
change them as necessary:

: If trunked ports are defined, and QoS controls are defined for
these trunked ports, they are not properly indexed after the Release 3.0.5
upgrade. You must redefine the controls.
Note 2
: After you upgrade from Release 2.x to Release 3.0.5, all of the
backplane links on a trunk may not be enabled after the upgrade. This
problem affects all switch fabric modules. Before you downloaded
Release 3.0.5 to a module, you should have noted which backplane ports
were enabled. After the upgrade is complete and the module has finished
resetting, log into the switch fabric module and reexamine the backplane
port status using the
ethernet detail
command. Verify that all
backplane ports that were enabled under Release 2.x are still enabled. If
any port that should be enabled is erroneously disabled, use the
ethernet portState enable
command to reenable the port.
