Listening from Your
Computer
To listen to your messages from your computer, you must have a way of
playing audio files:

A USB audio device such as a USB headset and an operating system
that supports USB
OR
■
A sound card, an application such as Windows Media Player, and
either headphones or speakers

Log in to the NBX NetSet utility with your extension and password.

Go to
My Messages > Voice Mailbox
and select a message.

Click
Listen
.

The third-party application downloads the voice message and plays it.

To delete the message, select the message and then click
Delete
.
Listening from Your
3Com Telephone
To listen to your messages from your own 3Com Telephone:

Pick up the handset and press the
Message
button to access the
mailbox.

At the prompt, dial your password and press
