ADJUSTING THE QUANTITY DELIVERED
To adjust the quantity, turn the adjusting nut. Turn to the
LEFT to increase the quantity, to the RIGHT to decrease
it. The dosing device can deliver from 4gr to 9gr
(Fig. 6)
.
To set the amount you want, take 10 doses (ten pulls of the
lever) from the doser and weight the coffee that comes out,
in this way you can calculate the weight of each dose.

OPERATION
Before inserting the plug in the socket or the main switch
upstream from the machine, ensure that the switch on the
machine is on position “0”.
Insert the shutter that closes the container and check that
it slides in its seat. Fit the container in its seat,
touching
at
the side with your fingers until it is firmly in place. Then fix
it to the ring nut of milling regulation with the appropriate
screw supplied with the apparatus, match the hole on the
beans container with the one on the ring nut.
If your coffee grinder ha san automatic switch, check that
the lever is in the position indicated. The coffee grinder is
now ready for work. Pour the coffee beans into the top con-
tainer. Open the shutter. Insert the plug in the socket or turn
on the main switch upstream from the machine, then turn
the machine switch to position “I”.
Check the grain size of the ground coffee; each grinder is
set for medium-fine grain. If you’re not satisfied with this re-
sult you must proceed as follows:
Turn the ring nut to the LETF for finer grain or to the RIGHT
for coarser grain.
Note: the coffee grinder is equipped with a security cone
fixed on the head of beans hopper.

. The coffee grinder
will grind as long as the switch is pressed.
PASSWORD SET-UP – Set the password for the MENU
to be used. The password is numeric and consists of five
definable digits from 0 to 9. Press "MENU" for 3 seconds
to access the programming menu; press the "+" or "-"
button to scroll the menu until "PASSWORD SET-UP" is
reached: select it by pressing "OK". Set the password as
follows: use the "+" and "-" keys to scroll the desired
number. Press "MENU" to move to the next digit. Once
the password has been defined, press "OK" to confirm
and exit. Press "ESC" to exit the menu.
OPTION PASSWORD - Enables or disables the
password to access the "MENU".
IMPORTANT NOTE: ATTENTION - The default
password is 12345.
M80 - Q13 TIMED VERSION
Place the filter holder in the fork, adjust the dispensing
time and press "START" (Fig.
8
). The grinder works
the preset time and stops automatically.
M80 - Q13 6-STOP AUTOMATIC VERSION:
The coffee grinder is fitted with an optical reader that
logs six uses, after which the machine starts to grind
again automatically. During the grinding process the
machine automatically stops when the dispenser is being
filled.
