oncentrated in the lower limbs when running. The rhythmic contraction of the muscles can help the bl
ood of the lower limbs to return to the heart. However, if you stop immediately after running, the effec
t of this squeeze suddenly disappears, and the speed of blood returning to the heart slows down, whi
ch may cause insufficient blood supply to the brain. In severe cases, there may be shock symptoms.
The treadmill comes with heart rate monitoring, which allows you to assess your heart rate by measu
ring your heart rate at the end of your run. Hold the heartbeat handle with both hands and display the
heartbeat data for about 5 seconds. The treadmill will automatically calculate the number of real-tim
e heartbeats for your exercise. Generally, the heart rate drops below 120, which is basically enough.
