2.5.3 

Cable connector specifications and pin-out

H3 handheld terminal cable will terminate optionally with a DB25 male connector, with a circular 

male plug or with no connector.

Both the DB25 connector and the circular plug provide a metal backshell internally connected to the 

cable external and internal shieldings and to the handheld terminal Ground. This will let H3 terminal 

ground and shieldings to be connected with the machine cabinet “earth”.
