Operating the hand blender

1. Clean the blender attachment with detergent 

and hot water.

NOTE:

If food residues have stuck to the blades, 
remove such residues with a brush. Do not use 
any sharp-edged objects.

2. If necessary, only wipe the drive unit with a 

soft, slightly moistened cloth (Fig. 9). In this 
regard, ensure that no moisture enters the 
housing during cleaning.

NOTE:

Some foods may discolour plastic parts. Rub 
off any discoloration with a cloth moistened 
with vegetable oil.

3. Dry the drive unit and blender attachment 

and make sure that you have removed all 
residues as the blender attachment will be in 
contact with food.

4. Store the hand blender in a dry and cool 

place.
