HOW TO ADJUST RINGTONE VOLUME 

As part of the ringtone functionality you have the ability to change the 
default volume for any of the profiles 

 

•

 

Select Menu > Sound profiles 

•

 

Press left soft key to Edit highlighted profile 

•

 

Scroll down to option 3 for Ring volume 

•

 

Press centre key to modify 

•

 

Scroll up and down to select volume level 

•

 

Press centre key to activate the change 

 
 

Handy Hint:   

From the idle screen you can switch the phone to meeting mode by 
holding down the # key. A speaker symbol with an x next to it         
will appear in the top of the display. The phone is now silent with the 
vibrate function on. 
 
To switch meeting mode off hold down # key until symbol clears.
