To report a warranty defect, please contact customer support at
1.877.891.6598. Please include your telephone number so that we may
contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in ma-
terials or workmanship, we shall, at no charge to you, repair or replace the
product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for
shipping costs to Zspire Technologies but there is no charge for the inspection
or the return postage.
Post-warranty, the customer may request a repair service for an applicable fee.

CONTROLS ANY CLAIMS, AND THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR SUCH CLAIMS
SHALL BE THE COURTS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO IN THE COUNTRY OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
