If you want to connect to an ad hoc network only, you can click the radio button of

”. Click the radio button of “
Access point
(infrastructure) networks only
”, and only the available access points in range will be
displayed in the available networks box. You can click the radio button of “
Any available
network (access point preferred)”
, and then both access points and wireless network
adapters will be displayed in the available networks box.
