4.3 I Maintaining the diaphragm
Before beginning this operation and to prevent serious injury:
•
Stop the filter pump.
•
Disconnect the cleaner from the hose.
4.3.1 Checking the diaphragm before cleaning or replacement
If the cleaner stops, stop the suction pump and remove the cleaner from the pool. Check that the diaphragm is not
blocked.
•
Turn the cleaner over (see image )

•
Inspect the diaphragm and remove any debris and/or items that may be blocking it.
•
Check that the diaphragm is not damaged (torn, etc.) and that it is not too worn (diaphragm has become slack,
worn down or has a sticky texture, etc.). If this is the case, clean or replace the diaphragm (see §
4.3.2 Removing the
diaphragm for cleaning or replacement

4.3.3 Re-assembling the diaphragm
