1 GENERAL

This manual is intended for provision of such data as is necessary for repairing and servicing of
rapid water heaters p/n L13471, L13471-11, L13471-19, L13471-32, L13471-33, L13471-40.
The rapid water heater is manufactured by:

2 LAYOUT OF THIS MANUAL

This manual has been compiled in accordance with the requirement set out in ATA 100. This
manual contains a general description and instructions for maintenance, repair and an illustrated
parts list (IPL) containing parts information.

3 REVISIONS

This manual will be updated as required by revisions. Their effect on the manual will be evident by
the re-issue of the pages involved, and the record of revisions, which will show the latest revision
symbol and date.

4 RELIABILITY

The operational reliability of any rapid water heater will be guaranteed ONLY if the conditions
pertaining to inspection, maintenance and repair specified in this manual are strictly complied
with.

5 SHOP

VERIFICATION

The procedures within this manual have been shop verified by the manufacturer. The sections
DISASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLY and TESTING were verified by actually performing the functions
described in the respective sections.
