When previously used clip nuts are used, use Loctite 243 to secure the screws.
(2)
Install cable clamps (150) and wiring with screws (160) using washers (170), spring
washers (180) and nuts (190).
(3)

(1)
Fit threaded rods (150) with nuts (160) to the base plate assy (140).
(2)
Fit the previously assembled kettle assy (280) into the frame assy boiler (10). Fasten
the kettle assy (280) to the base plate assy (140) using a spring washer (460) and a
screw (450).
(3)
Secure kettle assy using washers (180), spring washers (170) and nuts (160).

Fit the drain valve (350) to the kettle assy (280) using Loctite 648.
NOTE: The drain valve has a fixed position when installed which may cause it from
fitting tight onto the kettle assy. Therefore using Loctite 648 is essential to get a
watertight fit.
(5)
Fit drain pipe (420) to the drain valve (350) with a nut (390).
(6)
Connect drain hose (470) to the pressure relief valve (3/60) using Loctite 586.
(7)
Fix the drain pipe (420) and drain hose (470) to the base plate assy (140) with pipe
clips (240,250), washers (260) and nuts (270).
(8)
Fit the hose (480) with coupling (490) to the lid assy (3/30) using Loctite 586.
(9)
Fit the wiring, according to Fig. 102, to the heating element assy (3/90), overheat
protector (3/140), thermostat (4/70, 5/70) and static grounds. (See IPL, Fig. 4 and 5).
