CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Incorrect cleaning or failure to follow cleaning instructions might damage single
components or seriously endanger operators!
Maintenance work must only be executed by well-trained personnel. Personal safety equipment is
required!
MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL
Regular controls
Before commencing any operation with this device, the following controls must be
executed in this order:
- Visual inspection of the mechanical components.
- Visual inspection of the electronic components.
- Functional check of the electronic components.
- Functional check of the mechanical components.
- Visual inspection of the equipment's interior for possible damages or impurity.
If after inspection defects are detected, the device must not be used. The device must be shut
down and secured against unauthorised access. For troubleshooting consult Zirkonzahn

Monthly
- Check the clamping bolts (especially the ones holding the glass panels).
Recommendation for the fi rst heating of the furnace

cycles without structures inside the furnace, in order to purify the sintering chamber.
This reduces the risk of white speckling or discolourations of the zirconia structure.
Cracks in the insulation
