INSTALLATION / FIRST START-UP
TRANSPORT AND UNPACKING
- Check if the supply is in accordance with the delivery note.
- Check the delivery for completeness and integrity immediately after receipt. Evident defects
must be noted on the delivery notes, in order to claim for compensation against the carrier
company.
- In case of complaints, have the transport documents countersigned by the carrier and send a
copy to Zirkonzahn.
- Follow the safety regulations for moving loads.
- A forklift or a lift tray truck are recommended for the transport of the pallet (weight approx.
200 kg) (Observe pictograms on packing).
- Transport weights: Sintering furnace 44 kg
Pallet 20 kg
- The sintering furnace is supplied on a pallet and encased by a cardboard box.
- Do not put any other object on top of the cardboard box.
- Caution when removing the cardboard casing.
- CAUTION: Remove the packaging material in the upper and interior part of the combustion
chamber.
- Caution when unpacking and setting up the sintering furnace: risk of injury.
