5. Mount the right and left pedal
Put the securing strap on the left pedal (6L). It is marked with ‘L’. Do the same
with the right pedal (6R).
Fix the pedals to the crank (54) on appropriate sides. Screw the right pedal
bolt (6R) on clockwise. Screw the left pedal bolt (6L) counterclockwise.
CAUTION!
The right pedal is marked ‘R’ and the left pedal is marked ‘L’. The
right pedal is on the right-hand side when sitting on the bicycle.

ADJUSTMENTS
Resistance adjustment
In order to increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. In order to decrease the resistance, turn the
resistance knob counterclockwise.
Saddle height
Loosen the adjustment knob. Set the saddle at the right height and tighten the knob. Make sure the saddle is secured.
Adjusting pedal straps
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of the
adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other pedal.
Levelling
Level the device by rotating the levelling pads on the rear base. The pads are polygons, and each side has a different
height. Find the right one to stabilise the device.
