WARRANTY
The Seller, in the Warrantor's name, offers warranty in the territory of Europe for 24
months following the sales date.
The warranty for the sold product does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's
rights under the Consumer's Right Act.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The Seller, in the Warrantor's name, offers warranty in the territory of Poland
for 24 months following the sales date.
2.
The right to complain and the right to warranty cover solely the inherent
defects being the manufacturer's fault.
3.
The warranty will be accepted by the shop or the service centre only when the
customer submits:
-
a valid, correctly filled-in warranty card with the sales stamp and
seller's signature;
-
a valid proof of equipment purchase, specifying the name and address
of the seller, date and place of purchase, product type (for home
shopping, the warranty card is valid solely based on the purchase
document, i.e. a receipt/invoice),
-
the product complained against or a defective part.
4.
The complaint shall be investigated within 14 days after the defect is reported
by the Customer.
5.
Any manufacturing defects and damage disclosed in the warranty period shall
be repaired free of charge within no more than 21 days after the product is
delivered to the shop or the service centre.
6.
If it is necessary to import any part, the warranty repair period can be extended
by the time required to import it, though no more than by 40 days.
7.
The warranty does not cover:
-
mechanical damage and defects caused by it;
-
damage and defects resulting from incorrect use, inconsistent with the
designed one, and storage, incorrect assembly and maintenance;
-
damage and wear of wear parts, including strings, rubber components,
spring cover etc.;
-
activities related to the assembly and maintenance which the user is
obliged to carry out themselves as per the user manual.
8.
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
-
expiry;
-
repairs and modifications carried out by the customer themselves using
non-OEM parts;
-
if the defect results from the incorrect assembly or the failure to comply
with the correct use principles specified in the user manual (e.g. if the
trampoline was placed on an incorrect surface);
