7.4.1 Installation of “HRC-03-085642” mechanical system
The gripper

and robot are connected to each
other by a ClickSmart plate

The gripper must be installed on a mounting surface
in accordance with the levelness specifications.
Length < 100 mm
permitted unevenness < 0.02

The following work steps must be observed during
installation:

Fasten the ClickSmart plate

to the gripper

using the mounting screws

Tighten the mounting screws

the corresponding tightening torque.

A suitable screw-in depth has to be chosen for
the application.

The recommended mounting screws, M3x16, are
not included in the scope of delivery.

Strength class of the mounting screws at least
8.8
Ö
DIN EN ISO 4762.
Ö
Observe the tightening torque of the mounting
screws.
Ö
Make sure the mounting surface is sufficiently
rigid and level.
